Privacy Policy — Jet Fighter
1. Overview
This Privacy Policy describes how Taner Sezer ("we", "us", "data controller"), publisher of the Jet Fighter mobile application ("App") distributed via the Apple App Store, collects, processes, stores, and protects the personal data of users ("you", "user").
By downloading and using the App, you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
This Policy is compliant with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK No. 6698), Apple App Store Developer Guidelines, and Google AdMob Policies.

3. Data We Collect
The App does not require user registration, does not ask you to create an account, and does not directly collect your name, phone number, photo, or precise location.
The following data is collected automatically or by our third-party advertising partner (Google AdMob):
3.1 Device and Technical Information
- Device model (e.g., iPhone 15 Pro)
- iOS version
- Device language and region
- Anonymous device identifier (IDFV)
3.2 Advertising Identifiers
- IDFA (Identifier for Advertisers): collected only if you tap "Allow" on the Apple App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt. If you decline, IDFA is not collected; ads continue to display but are non-personalized.
- IP address (used for coarse geographic inference, not precise location)
3.3 Ad Interaction Data
- Ad impression count, click count, completed rewarded video count (collected by Google AdMob)
3.4 In-Game Event Data (Local)
- Current level, stars earned, unlocked skins/cosmetics, high score — these are stored only on your device and synced via Apple iCloud Key-Value Store; they are not sent to our servers.
3.5 Data We Do NOT Collect
The following data is never collected:
- Name, date of birth, email address, phone number
- Precise location (GPS)
- Photos, camera, microphone, health, calendar, contacts
- Payment information, credit cards (the App contains no in-app purchases)

5. Third Parties
The App uses the following third-party SDKs/services:
5.1 Google AdMob
- Provider: Google LLC (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA)
- Purpose: Advertising service (rewarded and interstitial ads)
- Data collected: IDFA (with consent), device info, IP, ad interaction metrics
- Privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
- Data transfer: USA and Google's global data centers (covered by Standard Contractual Clauses for EU users)
5.2 Apple
- Provider: Apple Inc.
- Purpose: App Store distribution, iCloud sync, GameKit (if applicable)
- Data collected: processed under Apple's privacy policy

We do not sell, rent, or share user data with any party other than the above third parties.
6. App Tracking Transparency (ATT)
On iOS 14.5 and above, when you first launch the App, you will see Apple's mandatory tracking prompt:
"Jet Fighter would like permission to track you across other companies' apps and websites."
- If you allow: AdMob will use the IDFA to deliver more relevant ads. Our ad revenue is higher, helping sustain the project.
- If you deny: IDFA is not collected. Ads will still appear, but they will be random / contextual rather than personalized. Your gameplay experience is unchanged.
You can change this choice at any time via iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → Jet Fighter.
7. GDPR — Rights of EU/UK Users
If you are a resident of the European Union, the European Economic Area, or the United Kingdom, you have the following rights under GDPR:
- Right of access — to know what data we hold about you.
- Right to rectification — to correct inaccurate data.
- Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten") — to request deletion.
- Right to restrict processing.
- Right to data portability.
- Right to object — to legitimate-interest-based processing.
- Right not to be subject to automated decision-making.
On first launch, if your IP indicates an EU/UK location, Google AdMob's Consent Management Platform (CMP) prompt will appear, asking for ad-cookie consent. If you refuse, ads will be served as contextual (non-personalized).
The data controller has not appointed an EU representative under GDPR Art. 27, as the App does not regularly target EU residents in a manner triggering that obligation. EU users may contact sezerta@gmail.com directly for any request.
8. Children (Under 13 / COPPA)
- The App's App Store age rating is 9+.
- The App does not target children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from this age group.
- The "Tag for child-directed treatment (COPPA)" flag is not enabled in our AdMob configuration; however, if ATT is denied, IDFA is not collected, providing an additional protective layer for younger users.
- If a parent discovers that their child's personal data has been collected, please contact sezerta@gmail.com — the data will be deleted within 30 days.
9. Your Rights (KVKK Art. 11 — Turkish Users)
Turkish users specifically have the following statutory rights under KVKK Art. 11:
- To learn whether their personal data is processed;
- To request information if processed;
- To learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in accordance with that purpose;
- To know third parties (domestic or foreign) to whom the data is transferred;
- To request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data;
- To request erasure or destruction;
- To request that corrections/erasures be communicated to third parties to whom the data has been transferred;
- To object to a result generated solely by automated processing;
- To claim damages for unlawful processing.

We respond within 30 days at the latest, free of charge under KVKK.
10. Data Retention

11. Data Security
- All third-party network communications are encrypted via HTTPS / TLS 1.2+.
- iCloud data is end-to-end encrypted by Apple.
- We do not store data on our own servers, eliminating server-breach risk on our side.
- Security of third-party SDKs (Google AdMob) is the responsibility of the respective provider.
12. Policy Changes
We may update this Policy from time to time. When material changes occur:
- An in-app notice will be displayed at next launch (re-consent if required).
- The "Last updated" date at the top will be revised.
- Previous versions are available upon request.
